Transport for NSW is currently building a multi-billion dollar light rail called the City to South East Light Rail. It will service areas including Moore Park, Randwick Racecourse and UNSW. State Transit hopes it will be completed by 2019. From Councillors, environmentalists, local business owners and university students, the light rail seems to have divided a community.
