    i had the same problem and had to take DOH to the tenants tribunal. for 3 years doh keep victimizing me and ignoring the issue, i had over 300 reports sent to doh which was all ignored! after showing all the evidence to tribunal and keeping all notes ,dates,and times etc i won the case and was moved immediately with $10,000 compensation awarded in my case.
