Australian citizens might not be shrinking but the birds are always shrinking. It is the word Australian National University and the CSIRO study, which was measured in eight bird species occur in southeastern Australia, and compared them with samples of the entire museum of a hundred years ago. Their results show that each bird species was reduced, as measured between 2 and 4 per cent over the past 100 years. One reason is that the birds are shrinking due to climate warming.
